Asian Spotlight: What make you stand out from the rest of the Asian models?

Linda Tran: I mean there are so many models' website that comes and go. But your website still continue to strive and grow. I've been online since 1998 and still going strong. I think the reason for my longevity is that I treat my website and my modeling career as a business. I'm involved with everything that has to do with my site; I developed it myself (from the design and concept to the actual backend coding), update it frequently, produce my own shoots, do my own marketing, answer my own emails and manage my own jobs. If I slack, then that has a direct impact on my business. Most models leave the business aspect to other people, but I'm such a control freak that I need to have a hand on anything that goes on. In turn, that has helped me last a lot longer in an industry where girls are often vulnerable.

Asian Spotlight: What motivate or drive you to be where you are? Moreover, are you content?

Linda Tran: I always strive for success. I don't like to do anything half-assed. I believe in working long and hard, and working with dignity, because shortcuts only take you so far. And, I believe you should only do something if it makes you happy, so yes, I'm very happy with what I've done, where I am and who I am.

Asian Spotlight: What are your dream and vision?

Linda Tran: I keep it simple: To just live a fulfilling life in every way and to enjoy the ride.

Linda Tran: I turn setbacks into challenges that inspire me to push further and think beyond the norm.
